For now, sales Representative will be able to mail out replacements and offer loaner iPhones, but there’s no guarantee whatsoever that you’ll get an appointment with a brand new device in hand from any Rep.

The supply of iPhone 11 have reportedly gone down worldwide since the outbreak, while the iPad Pro wasn’t free from suffering shortage.
Not having enough iPhone replacement would be the height of troubles associated to the coronavirus effect on Apple’s business, however, it’s something you might take not of even if you do not intend upgrading anytime soon.
