Logitech Latest Leak Reveals Upcoming Gaming Handheld.

Logitech announced earlier this month that it was working with Tencent on a handheld gaming device that would “support multiple cloud gaming services,” including NVIDIA’s GeForce Now and Xbox Cloud Gaming.

Now, thanks to prolific leaker Evan Blass, we appear to be getting our first look at the device. We also know it should be called the G Gaming Handheld because Logitech has it listed on a recently published landing page.

It has left and right joysticks, a direction pad, ABXY buttons, a home button, shoulder pads, and a custom “G” button, just like many other gaming handhelds.

In terms of basic design, the G Gaming Handheld could be compared to a Steam Deck or even Nintendo’s Switch Lite. Because of the cloud gaming aspect, it’s likely to have capabilities similar to a smartphone, albeit with a more convenient form factor and gaming-centric UI.

As a result, it will compete not only with other handhelds, but also with numerous controllers designed for smartphones, such as Razer’s Kishi V2, the 8bitDo Pro 2, and SteelSeries Stratus+ — so its level of success will be heavily influenced by the price.

There’s no word on when it’ll be available, but as previously stated, Logitech now has a landing page where you can submit your email address to get more information.
