Elon Musk currently responds to questions from both customers and critics on Twitter, like customer support person, but that will no longer continue as Tesla has announced it’s hiring remote support staff to resolve or escalate queries directed to the CEO on social media.
The staff will also do a few other tasks along with covering for the boss.
Part of the duties that will be overseen by the Tesla Energy Support Specialists is to resolve or redirect complaints as would be required and to “address social media escalations directed at the CEO with critical thinking.”

Though it may be ideal for some persons for a prominent CEO like Elon Musk to address customer concerns directly, it definitely wouldn’t be easy on him as he already has a lot on his hands and may not meet up with responding to all queries.
It’s not immediately clear to what extent the support specialists can stop Musk from tweeting mostly when he wants to pull the usual weed jokes that land him in hot water with regulators.
